This particular Thursday I am awake so very unnecessarily early not as a result of my bizarre body clock, but instead because I am flying to johannesburg to have my photo taken for FHM. I don’t know what sort of pictures they are taking; what the theme is or where exactly its all going down… but I’m excited

Weekend in Post It’s? Stay tuned – it might happen

A very sad thing happened this weekend – my Iphone4 – the second uninsured one this year – was stolen. Firstly, let me say that I actually did try to insure this second one, but as I have thrown away the box and cannot find proof of purchase Barclays will not be paying me any money…

so I think that until the Iphone4S comes out this may become a weekend in collage, or a weekend in post-it’s – but from last weekend I managed to rummage some photographs from facebook and surrounding friend’s iPhones – so here’s the best I can do [and yes, this is why you're reading it 4 days late]

FHM’s 89th Sexiest Woman in the World

FHM South Africa came out with their 100 sexiest women in the world list earlier this year…. and much to my shock and disbelief I was on it!!

Thank you to Rio for bringing me a copy of the magazine, all the way from South Africa so that I could scan in the above photograph as well as the whole page:

Yep – I beat Ke$ha, Selena Gomez, Britney (99 – she barely made it this year), Kim Kardashian, Eva Longaria and a coupe of people I’ve never heard of. I had never entered a beauty pageant before or any sort of competition like this – but thanks to a series of online votes from the interwebs at large I was honoured with an official sexy stamp which I find puzzling, amazing, delightful and with a history of childhood bullying and low self esteem, a tad bizarre.
